Physical Products:

1. Tarot Decks (Physical Editions): If you receive a physical tarot deck that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

2. Other Physical Products: For other physical products (e.g., accessories, books, stickers, art prints) purchased from our store, if you are unsatisfied or encounter any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
